Bulk order actions

Select many orders at once, act on all of them together.

When dozens of orders land across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, you should not have to touch them one at a time. Select a batch in managemate and apply the same action to all of it in one pass.

A busy selling day rarely arrives one order at a time. Forty Meesho orders, a dozen Flipkart orders and a handful of Amazon orders all land in the same window, and each seller panel makes you click through them individually. Bulk order actions let you select a group of orders inside the unified inbox and apply one action to the whole selection at once, instead of repeating the same step forty times.

Selection works across marketplaces in the same view. You can tick every unshipped order regardless of whether it came from Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon, or filter down to one channel first and select within it. Once a batch is selected, the same actions you would take on a single order, moving status forward, adding a tag or note, queuing labels and invoices, or handing the batch to your pick and pack workflow, apply to all of them together.

Because order data is pulled into managemate as a read-only mirror of what each marketplace shows, bulk actions are about organising and progressing your own work on those orders, not rewriting marketplace records behind your back. Every action stays inside the same role-based permission system, so a Pick and Packer and an Admin each see only the bulk actions they are allowed to run.

What you get

Built into bulk order actions

Select across all three marketplaces

Tick orders from Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon in the same list, or filter to one channel first. Your selection is not locked to a single seller panel.

Move many orders forward in one step

Apply a status change to an entire selected batch instead of opening each order, so a large drop of new orders moves through fulfillment together.

Tag and annotate in bulk

Add the same order tag or note to every selected order at once, useful for flagging a batch as high priority, fragile, or set aside for a courier pickup.

Queue labels, invoices and pick lists together

Send a whole selection to label and invoice generation or into the pick and pack workflow in a single action, rather than printing one order at a time.

Permission-aware actions

The bulk actions available depend on the person's role and per-person overrides. Someone allowed only to pack will not see actions reserved for an Admin.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

Filter to the orders you mean

Use the unified inbox filters, by marketplace, status, date or tag, to narrow the list down to the orders you want to act on.

  2. 02

    Select the batch

Tick individual orders or select everything in the filtered view. The count of selected orders stays visible as you work.

  3. 03

Choose one action for all of them

Pick a single action, such as a status update, a tag, or sending to labels, and managemate applies it to every order in the selection.

  4. 04

    Confirm and review

The action runs against the batch and the result is reflected back in the inbox, so you can see which orders moved and carry on with the next group.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For a morning order rush

Say a hundred orders have come in overnight across all three marketplaces. You filter to new orders, select the lot, and queue labels and invoices for the whole batch before your packing team starts, instead of opening each order one by one.

For a small team splitting work

An Inventory Manager tags a batch of fragile orders and a Pick and Packer picks them up by that tag. Bulk tagging hands the batch over cleanly, and each person only sees the bulk actions their role permits.

For handling a courier or sale-day spike

During a marketplace sale, select every order going out on a given courier pickup and move them to the next status together, so the records stay in step with what actually left the shelf.

Questions

Bulk order actions, answered

Does a bulk action change anything on Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon directly?

managemate holds a read-only mirror of marketplace orders. Bulk actions help you organise and progress your own fulfillment work on those orders, such as status, tags and labels, rather than rewriting the marketplace's own records.

Can I select orders from more than one marketplace at the same time?

Yes. Selection works across the unified inbox, so you can tick orders from Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon together, or filter to a single channel first if you prefer.

Will every team member see the same bulk actions?

No. The actions a person can run in bulk follow the same role-based permissions and per-person overrides used everywhere in managemate, so a Pick and Packer and an Admin see different sets.

Does using bulk actions cost extra in my wallet?

Billing is a small fee per successful order, deducted from your prepaid INR wallet. Acting on orders in bulk rather than one at a time does not change how the per-order fee works.

What if I only want to act on some orders, not the whole page?

You can select individual orders by ticking them, or narrow the list with filters first and then select within that result. You stay in control of exactly which orders are in the batch.
