What is managemate?
managemate is a single workspace for Indian retailers who sell across more than one online marketplace. Instead of logging into separate seller panels, you see your orders, inventory and stock, returns, and payments from your marketplaces together on one screen. It is built for a busy shop owner or ops person who is tired of switching between tabs to run the same day.
Which marketplaces does managemate support?
managemate works with Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon. Your orders, stock, returns, and payments from these marketplaces come into one place so you can work across all of them without opening each seller panel separately.
How does billing work?
Billing is usage-based. You pay a small fee per successful order, and that fee is deducted from a prepaid INR wallet balance. You only pay for orders that actually go through, so your cost tracks what you sell.
How does the INR wallet work?
You keep a prepaid balance in an INR wallet and top it up over UPI through Razorpay. Per-order fees are debited from this balance as orders come in. Every credit and debit is recorded as a single line in a ledger, so you can reconcile your charges against your orders whenever you want. No card is kept on file.
Is there a subscription or a per-seat fee?
No. There is no subscription and no per-seat fee. You add as many team members as you need at no extra charge. You are not asked to keep a card on file, and you will not get a surprise invoice. The only cost is the per-successful-order fee taken from your wallet.
How do teams and roles work?
Access is role-based, with built-in roles for Admin, Inventory Manager, and Pick and Packer. On top of those roles, you can set per-person permission overrides when someone needs slightly different access. You can add an unlimited number of team members, since there is no per-seat fee.
How do I get started and how does onboarding work?
Workspaces are provisioned by the managemate team. Once your workspace is set up, the workspace admin receives an email invite and sets a password to sign in. From there the admin can connect marketplaces, add team members, and assign roles. To begin, reach out to the managemate team to have your workspace created.
What does bi-directional product sync mean?
Your product catalog syncs in both directions. You can edit a product once in managemate and push that change out to your marketplaces, or pull marketplace updates back into managemate. This means you edit a detail in one place rather than repeating the same change in each separate seller panel.
How is my data handled, in plain terms?
Your marketplace data, orders, stock, returns, and payments, lives in your own workspace, and who can see or change what is governed by the role and permissions you assign each team member. Wallet top-ups go through Razorpay over UPI, and no card details are stored. Every wallet movement is logged in a ledger you can review line by line.
Is managemate a finished product?
managemate is early and is being built alongside the sellers who use it. The core capabilities, bringing orders, inventory, returns, and payments from Meesho, Flipkart, and Amazon into one screen with bi-directional catalog sync, are there today, and the product continues to grow based on what sellers actually need. We would rather tell you that plainly than overstate where things stand.
