Sign up and sign in
You can create a ManageMate workspace yourself in a few minutes. Your first workspace starts with a 60-day free trial for up to 5 users, with no card required. The free trial is available once per customer.
Start a free trial
Choose Start free trial on this site, then sign up in one of two ways:
- With your email address. Enter your name, your email and a password of at least 8 characters. We email you a 6-digit code; enter it to confirm your address. The code expires after 15 minutes, and you can ask for a new one if it does not arrive.
- With Google. Use the Google button and pick your Google account. Google has already confirmed your email, so no code is needed.
Your workspace is created straight away, with standard roles and a main location, and you become its first administrator. A guided setup then walks you through your business details and first data.
One free trial per person
Each email address or Google account can start one free trial. If your email already belongs to a ManageMate workspace, sign in instead of signing up again. To add more people, invite them to your workspace rather than creating new workspaces.
Sign in
Open the sign-in page from Sign in at the top of this site.
- If you signed up with email, sign in with your email address and password.
- If you signed up with Google, use the Google button.
Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email.
Join a workspace from an invite
Administrators invite people from Settings → Users and choose the role each person needs. The invited person gets an email and joins in one of two ways:
- Set a password from the link in the email, then sign in with that email address and password.
- Sign in with Google using the Google account for the invited email address.
Invite links expire after seven days. An administrator can send a new invite if one expires.
Invites and seats
A pending invite is free. The person takes a seat only when they join. During the free trial a workspace can have up to 5 users; on a paid plan it can have as many users as it has seats.
If every seat is already taken when someone accepts an invite, they are told the workspace is full and asked to check with their administrator. The workspace administrators also get an email so they can add a seat or free one by deactivating a user. See Subscription for how seats work.
When a workspace is paused
A workspace pauses when the free trial ends without a plan, or 7 days after a renewal payment fails. Nothing is deleted. Administrators can still sign in, manage users and buy a plan in Settings → Subscription to continue exactly where they left off.
