Free trial
Your first workspace includes a 60-day free trial for up to 5 users, with no card required. The free trial is available once per customer. When it ends, the workspace is paused until a plan is purchased, and your data is kept in full.

What a seat is
Plans are billed per seat. A seat is an active user who has joined the workspace. Pending invitations are not counted until they are accepted, and deactivating a user makes their seat available to someone else.

Prices
₹299 per seat per month, or ₹2,870 per seat per year (about 20% less than monthly billing). Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Should this change, we will inform you before it applies to any renewal.

Purchasing during the trial
Purchasing a plan ends the free trial and starts your first billing period on the same day. All your data and settings carry over.

Adding seats
Additional seats are available immediately. They are charged for the days remaining in the current billing period, and are included in your renewal.

Removing seats
Unused seats can be removed at any time. The remaining days of the current period are refunded to the original payment method, and your renewal reflects the new number of seats. Refunds typically arrive within 5 to 7 working days.

Monthly or yearly
A change between monthly and yearly billing takes effect from your next renewal. The current period continues unchanged.

7-day money-back guarantee
If ManageMate is not right for you, you may cancel within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. Access ends when the refund is issued. This is available once per customer, across all workspaces.

Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Your plan will not renew, and you keep full access until the end of the period already paid for. You can resume before that date at no extra cost. Apart from removed seats and the money-back guarantee, partial periods are not refunded.

Payment issues
If a renewal payment does not go through, your workspace remains available for 7 days while the payment is retried. If it is still unpaid after that, the workspace is paused until a plan is purchased.

Your data
Your data is never deleted when a workspace is paused. Administrators can still sign in, manage users and purchase a plan to continue where they left off.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. You can pay with cards, UPI autopay and netbanking (e-mandate).
Invoices and credit notes
An invoice is issued for every payment and a credit note for every refund, both available to download from Settings → Subscription.
