Unified order inbox

Every marketplace order in one inbox.

Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon orders land in a single list, refreshed as they come in. You work the day from one screen instead of three seller panels.

If you sell on more than one marketplace, your orders live in more than one place. Meesho has its panel, Flipkart has its panel, Amazon has its panel, and each one looks and behaves differently. The unified order inbox pulls orders from all of them into a single list, so the first thing you check in the morning is one screen, not three logins.

Each order in the inbox keeps the things you need to act on it: which marketplace it came from, the customer-facing order number, the items and quantities, and where it stands. Because everything sits side by side, you can read across marketplaces the same way — a new Flipkart order and a new Meesho order are just two rows in the same list, sorted and searchable together.

The inbox is the starting point for the rest of your fulfillment work. From here orders move into picking and packing, get labels and invoices, and pick up tags or notes. Your team sees the same inbox, with what each person can do governed by their role, so an admin, an inventory manager and a pick-and-packer all work from one shared, current view.

What you get

Built into unified order inbox

One list across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon

Orders from every connected marketplace appear in a single inbox instead of separate seller panels, each row clearly labelled with the marketplace it came from.

Search and filter across marketplaces

Find an order by its number or customer details, or filter the inbox down to one marketplace, a date range, or a status — all in the same place.

Order details kept together

Each order shows its items, quantities, marketplace order number and current status, so you can decide what to do without opening the original seller panel.

Shared, role-aware view for your team

Everyone works from the same inbox, while built-in roles and per-person overrides decide who can act on what — unlimited team members, no per-seat fee.

The starting point for fulfillment

Move orders from the inbox straight into picking, packing, labels and invoices, and add tags or notes — the inbox is where your order workflow begins.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Connect your marketplaces

Your Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts are linked to your managemate workspace, which is provisioned for you by the managemate team.

  2. 02

    Orders flow into one inbox

New orders from each connected marketplace are brought into the inbox automatically, so the list stays current as orders come in.

  3. 03

    Work the inbox

Sort, search or filter to find what you need, open an order to see its items and status, then send it onward to picking, packing and documents.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For a seller live on all three marketplaces

Instead of logging into Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon one after another to check what came in overnight, you open managemate once and read the whole day's orders in a single list.

For a small ops team splitting the work

An admin reviews the inbox, while pick-and-packers see the same orders and act only within what their role allows — no one is left guessing which panel an order is sitting in.

For a shop scaling up its order volume

As order counts grow across marketplaces, one searchable, filterable inbox keeps the day manageable, since you are not jumping between separate panels to keep up.

Questions

Unified order inbox, answered

Which marketplaces show up in the order inbox?

Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon. Orders from your connected accounts on these marketplaces are brought together into one list.

Does it replace the marketplace seller panels?

It gives you one screen to read and work your orders so you are not switching panels for routine fulfillment. The marketplaces remain the source the orders come from.

Can I tell which marketplace an order came from?

Yes. Every order in the inbox is labelled with its marketplace and keeps its marketplace order number, so there is no ambiguity about where it originated.

Can my whole team use the same inbox?

Yes. Team members are unlimited and everyone shares the same inbox, with built-in roles (Admin, Inventory Manager, Pick and Packer) plus per-person overrides deciding who can do what.

Does using the inbox cost extra?

There is no separate or per-seat charge for the inbox. managemate billing is usage-based — a small fee per successful order, deducted from your prepaid INR wallet.

What can I do with an order once it's in the inbox?

The inbox is the starting point for fulfillment: from there you move into pick and pack, generate labels and invoices, track status, and add tags or notes.
