Activity & audit log

A timestamped record of who changed what, across every marketplace.

When several people work the same orders and stock across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, the activity log tells you who did what and when. Open it instead of asking around.

Once more than one person is touching your workspace, the question stops being "what is the stock" and becomes "who changed it, and when". managemate keeps a running record of actions taken in your workspace: a product edited, stock adjusted, an order marked or cancelled, a wallet top-up, a teammate's role or permissions changed. Each line carries who did it and the time it happened.

This matters more when you sell on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon at the same time. A price or quantity change in managemate can flow out to your listings, so a single edit by one teammate can affect what buyers see on three platforms. The activity log gives you one place to see those changes after the fact, instead of piecing the story together from three separate seller panels.

The log is a record, not a control. It works alongside role-based access and per-person permissions: those decide what each teammate is allowed to do, and the activity log shows what they actually did. Together they let you give people real access without losing track of how the workspace got to its current state.

What you get

Built into activity & audit log

Who and when on every entry

Each logged action shows the team member who took it and the timestamp, so there is no guessing about whose change you are looking at.

Covers the actions that matter

Product and price edits, stock adjustments, order status changes, wallet top-ups and team or permission changes are all recorded in one place.

Reads across all three marketplaces

Because managemate already pulls Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon into one workspace, the log spans them too. You do not check three separate histories.

Pairs with the wallet ledger

The wallet ledger lines up every credit and debit against orders; the activity log explains the human actions around them, so money and behaviour both have a trail.

A trail for team changes too

Role assignments and per-person permission overrides are logged, so you can see when someone's access was widened or narrowed, and by whom.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Your team works as usual

People edit products, adjust stock and process orders across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon from inside managemate, with the access their role allows.

  2. 02

    managemate records the action

As each change is made, it is written to the activity log with the team member's name and the time, without anyone having to note anything down.

  3. 03

You open the log when you need it

When stock looks off or a listing changed unexpectedly, scan the log to find the action, who took it and when, instead of asking the whole team.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For an admin running a small ops team

A Flipkart price drops on a listing and you did not make the change. Open the activity log, find the product edit, see which teammate made it and at what time, and follow up directly instead of guessing.

For reconciling stock at end of day

The count for an SKU does not match what you expected after a busy Meesho run. Check the log for the stock adjustments made that day, line them up with orders, and find where the difference came from.

For onboarding a new Pick and Packer

Give a new teammate the Pick and Packer role, then watch the log over their first days. You can see exactly what they touched, confirm they are working within their permissions, and correct anything early.

Questions

Activity & audit log, answered

What kinds of actions are recorded?

Actions taken inside your workspace, such as product and price edits, stock adjustments, order status changes, wallet top-ups, and changes to team roles or per-person permissions. Each entry shows who did it and when.

Does the log cover all three marketplaces?

Yes. Since managemate brings Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon into one workspace, actions on orders, stock and listings across all three appear in the same activity log rather than in three separate places.

Is this the same as the wallet ledger?

No. The wallet ledger is the line-by-line record of every INR credit and debit you can reconcile against orders. The activity log records the human actions teammates take in the workspace. They complement each other.

Can the activity log stop someone from doing something?

No. It is a record after the fact, not a control. To limit what a teammate can do, use role-based access and per-person permissions; the activity log then shows what they actually did.

Can a team member delete or edit the log to hide a change?

The activity log is meant to be a faithful record of actions taken. managemate is early and built alongside the sellers using it, so if you have specific needs around retention or access to the log, tell the team.
