Amazon integration

Run your Amazon seller account from the same screen as Meesho and Flipkart.

Connect your Amazon seller account once and stop opening Seller Central as a separate tab. managemate pulls your Amazon orders, stock, returns and payments into the same workspace you use for Meesho and Flipkart.

Amazon is its own world: a separate Seller Central login, its own order screen, its own returns flow and its own settlement reports. If you also sell on Meesho and Flipkart, that is at least three panels open at once, and three places to check before you can answer a simple question like "did this order ship?" The Amazon integration brings your Amazon account into managemate so it sits next to your other marketplaces instead of in a separate browser tab.

Once connected, your Amazon orders appear in the same list as Meesho and Flipkart orders, your Amazon stock shows up in the same inventory view, and Amazon returns and settlement lines land in the same place you already check. Product changes are bi-directional, so you can edit a product once in managemate and push it out to Amazon, or pull an Amazon update back in to keep your catalog matched.

Billing stays the same whichever marketplace an order comes from: a small fee per successful order, deducted from your prepaid INR wallet, with every debit written as one line in your ledger. So adding Amazon does not add a new bill or a new subscription, it just adds another marketplace whose orders flow through the same wallet.

What you get

Built into amazon integration

Amazon orders in one shared list

Your Amazon orders show up in the same order screen as Meesho and Flipkart, so you can work through the day's orders without switching to Seller Central.

Amazon stock in your unified inventory

See and manage Amazon stock alongside the same products on your other marketplaces, so you are not tracking inventory in separate panels.

Bi-directional catalog sync

Edit a product once in managemate and push the change to Amazon, or pull an Amazon update back in, so your listings stay matched across marketplaces.

Returns and payments in view

Amazon returns and settlement lines come into the same workspace as your other channels, so reconciliation happens in one place.

One wallet, one ledger

Amazon orders are billed per successful order from the same prepaid INR wallet, with each debit recorded as a single ledger line you can reconcile.

Role-based access for the team

Your team works on Amazon orders under the same roles and per-person permissions you set for Meesho and Flipkart, no separate Amazon logins to hand out.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Connect your Amazon account

Link your Amazon seller account to your managemate workspace so the integration can read your orders, stock, returns and payments.

  2. 02

    Your Amazon data flows in

Amazon orders, inventory, returns and settlement lines start appearing in the same screens as your Meesho and Flipkart data.

  3. 03

    Sync your catalog both ways

Push product edits from managemate out to Amazon, or pull Amazon changes back in, to keep listings matched across your marketplaces.

  4. 04

Work and bill in one place

Your team handles Amazon orders under their existing roles, and each successful order is billed from your INR wallet as one ledger line.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For a seller adding Amazon to an existing shop

You already run Meesho and Flipkart through managemate and you are launching on Amazon. Connect the account and Amazon orders join the same list, so the new channel does not mean a new tool or a fourth panel to babysit.

For an ops person handling daily orders

Instead of logging into Seller Central separately, you process Amazon orders next to the others in one screen, then check Amazon returns and payments in the same workspace at the end of the day.

For an owner keeping the catalog consistent

When a product's details or price need to change, you edit it once and push it to Amazon, rather than re-typing the same change in Seller Central and hoping the listings stay aligned across marketplaces.

Questions

Amazon integration, answered

How do I connect my Amazon seller account?

You link your Amazon seller account to your managemate workspace, after which your Amazon orders, stock, returns and payments start flowing into the shared screens. If you need help, the managemate team supports you through setup.

Does adding Amazon change how I am billed?

No. Amazon orders are billed the same way as every other marketplace: a small fee per successful order, deducted from your prepaid INR wallet. There is no separate subscription or per-channel charge for adding Amazon.

Can I edit an Amazon listing from managemate?

Yes. Catalog sync is bi-directional, so you can edit a product in managemate and push the change to Amazon, or pull an Amazon update back in to keep your catalog matched.

Do my team members need their own Amazon logins?

No. Your team works on Amazon orders inside managemate under the same role-based access and per-person permissions you already use, so you do not need to share Seller Central credentials.

Will Amazon orders show up next to my Meesho and Flipkart orders?

Yes. The point of the integration is that Amazon orders appear in the same order list, inventory view and payments screens as your other marketplaces, so you work from one place instead of switching panels.
