Listing management
Every marketplace listing, mapped to one catalog item.
Your listings live in three different seller panels with three different IDs. managemate pulls them into one view and ties each one back to a single item in your catalog, so you stop guessing which Meesho listing is the same product as which Flipkart one.
When you sell the same product on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, each marketplace gives that product its own listing, its own ID and often its own SKU code. Nothing connects them. To check whether a price is right or stock is correct, you open each seller panel separately and match things up by memory. Listing management removes that step: managemate reads the listings from every connected account and shows them together, each with its title, price, available quantity and current status from the marketplace.
The piece that makes the rest of managemate work is mapping. Every listing is linked to one item in your internal catalog, keyed by your own SKU. When a marketplace SKU matches a catalog SKU, the listing is mapped automatically the first time it syncs. Anything that does not match is left for you to map by hand, so you decide which listing belongs to which product. Once a listing is mapped, orders, stock and payments for that listing all roll up to the same catalog item instead of sitting in three disconnected piles.
You can connect more than one account per marketplace, and listings from every account land in the same place. Each sync is incremental and isolated per connection, so a problem with one account never hides the listings from the others.
Built into listing management
One list across every marketplace
See your Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon listings side by side, with title, price, available quantity and platform status, instead of opening three seller panels to compare the same product.
Automatic SKU mapping
When a marketplace SKU matches a SKU in your catalog, managemate links that listing to your catalog item automatically on the first sync, so most of your listings map themselves.
Manual mapping and unmapping
For listings where the codes do not match, you choose the right catalog item by hand, and you can change or remove a mapping at any time if you got it wrong.
Multiple accounts per marketplace
Run more than one Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon account and see all their listings together, with each listing tied back to the account it came from.
Always-current listing details
Each listing carries the price, quantity and status managemate last read from the marketplace, with the time it was last seen, so you know how fresh the data is.
Mapping that feeds orders and stock
Because each listing points at one catalog item, marketplace orders and stock counts roll up correctly across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon instead of staying split per platform.
From setup to everyday use
- 01
Connect your accounts
Once a marketplace account is connected, managemate reads its listings during sync. You can connect several accounts across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon.
- 02
Listings sync in
On each sync, managemate pulls the latest listings from every connected account and updates title, price, available quantity and status for each one. Syncs run on a schedule, or you can trigger one with Sync now.
- 03
Listings map to your catalog
Where a marketplace SKU matches a catalog SKU, the listing is mapped to that item automatically. Anything left unmapped is flagged so you can link it to the right product yourself.
- 04
Everything rolls up by product
With listings mapped, orders, stock and payments tie back to single catalog items, giving you one view of each product across all three marketplaces.
In the day-to-day
For a seller listing the same product on all three marketplaces
One product can be a different listing with a different code on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon. Mapping all three to one catalog SKU means you see them as a single item, not three unrelated rows.
For a shop tidying up mismatched SKUs
If your marketplace SKUs were set up at different times and do not line up, you map the odd ones by hand once. After that, future syncs keep those listings attached to the right catalog item.
For an ops person checking what is live where
Open one list to see which listings are active, what price each marketplace shows and how much quantity is available, without logging into each seller panel one by one.
Listing management, answered
Does managemate map my listings automatically?
Yes, when a marketplace SKU matches a SKU in your catalog, the listing is mapped to that catalog item on its first sync. Listings whose codes do not match are left for you to map by hand.
Can I change a mapping if it is wrong?
Yes. You can point a listing at a different catalog item, or unmap it entirely, at any time. The next sync keeps the mapping you set.
What details does each listing show?
Each listing shows its title, price, available quantity and current status as read from the marketplace, along with the time managemate last saw it during a sync.
Can I edit a marketplace listing directly from managemate?
Listing management is focused on bringing your marketplace listings into one view and mapping each to a catalog item. Catalog details are edited on your products, and managemate is built alongside sellers, so what is editable is expanding over time.
What happens if I sell on more than one Meesho or Flipkart account?
Listings from every connected account appear together, each tied back to the account it came from, so multiple accounts on the same marketplace do not get confused.
Who on my team can map listings?
Viewing connected listings and mapping them are controlled by permissions, so you can let some team members see listings while only those who manage platform connections change the mappings.
