Meesho integration
Your Meesho supplier panel, inside managemate.
Connect your Meesho supplier account and managemate pulls your Meesho orders and listings into the same screens as Flipkart and Amazon, matched to your own products by SKU. No more logging into the Meesho panel just to check what came in.
Meesho is one of three marketplaces managemate connects to, and it usually carries a high count of low-value orders. Tracking those in the Meesho supplier panel on their own is workable; tracking them next to your Flipkart and Amazon orders, in separate tabs, is where the day gets lost. The Meesho integration brings your Meesho orders, listings and stock figures into managemate so you read them from one place.
The connection is partner-based. managemate is registered with Meesho as a partner, and once that is approved you add your account by pasting your Supplier ID and the supplier token Meesho issues for managemate. You can connect more than one Meesho account to the same workspace if you run multiple supplier IDs, each with its own label. managemate then pulls new orders and catalog data on a schedule, so the orders screen stays current without you opening the Meesho panel.
What comes in is matched to your own catalog. Each Meesho listing and order line is mapped to your internal product by SKU, so a Meesho sale draws down the same stock count as a Flipkart or Amazon sale of the same item. Anything that does not match a SKU is flagged so you can map it by hand. The Meesho data managemate holds is a read-only mirror: it reflects what Meesho reports and never edits your supplier panel behind your back.
Built into meesho integration
Connect with your supplier token
Add your Meesho account by pasting your Supplier ID and the per-supplier token issued under managemate's partner integration. The token is stored encrypted and is never shown back to you or sent to your browser.
Meesho orders in your main order screen
New Meesho orders are pulled in on a schedule and listed alongside your Flipkart and Amazon orders, so you work one queue instead of switching between seller panels.
Listings matched to your SKUs
Each Meesho listing is mapped to your internal product by matching the SKU. A Meesho sale then draws down the same stock figure as the same item sold on another marketplace.
Manual SKU mapping for anything that doesn't match
Listings or order lines whose SKU does not match a product in your catalog are flagged, and you can map them to the right product by hand so nothing falls through.
More than one Meesho account
Run several Meesho supplier IDs from a single workspace, each connected as its own labelled account with its own sync and health status.
Sync on demand and clear health status
Trigger a sync whenever you want with Sync now, and see each connection's last sync time, connected or error state, and the specific error if something needs attention.

We get partner access, you paste your token
managemate is registered with Meesho as a partner. Once that is in place, you authorize managemate, then add your account in settings by pasting your Supplier ID and the supplier token Meesho issues.
- 02
managemate pulls your orders and listings
On a schedule, managemate fetches new Meesho orders and catalog data incrementally and stores it as a read-only mirror inside your workspace. You can also press Sync now at any time.
- 03
Everything maps to your catalog
Incoming listings and order lines are matched to your products by SKU, so Meesho stock and sales line up with your Flipkart and Amazon figures. Unmatched items are flagged for manual mapping.

Your team works it by role
Connecting and managing Meesho is gated by integration permissions, so an Admin sets it up while an Inventory Manager or Pick and Packer sees the orders and stock without touching the credentials.
In the day-to-day
For a seller live on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon
Stop opening three seller panels every morning. Meesho orders land in the same screen as the others, matched to the same products, so stock counts and the day's order list are read from one place.
For a shop running multiple Meesho supplier IDs
Connect each supplier ID as its own labelled account in one workspace. Each syncs separately and shows its own health, so you can tell at a glance which account, if any, has an issue.
For a small ops team with set roles
An Admin connects Meesho once and holds the credentials. Your Inventory Manager and Pick and Packer see the Meesho orders and stock they need to work, without ever seeing or handling the supplier token.
Meesho integration, answered
Do I need anything from Meesho before I can connect?
Yes. managemate connects through Meesho's partner integration, so partner access has to be in place first. After that you add your account with your Supplier ID and the supplier token Meesho issues for managemate. Until partner access is approved, the connection sits in a pending state.
Can I connect more than one Meesho account?
Yes. You can connect several Meesho supplier IDs to the same workspace, each as its own labelled connection with its own sync schedule and health status.
Does managemate change anything in my Meesho supplier panel?
The Meesho data in managemate is a read-only mirror of what Meesho reports. The integration pulls orders and listings in; it does not edit your supplier panel on its own.
How do Meesho sales affect my stock?
Each Meesho listing and order line is matched to your internal product by SKU, so a Meesho sale draws down the same stock count as the same item sold on Flipkart or Amazon. Items whose SKU does not match are flagged for you to map by hand.
Is my Meesho token safe?
Your supplier token is stored encrypted and is never returned to your browser or shown back to you. Who on your team can add or manage the connection is controlled by role-based permissions.
How does Meesho count toward my bill?
Billing is the same across every marketplace: a small fee per successful order, deducted from your prepaid INR wallet, with each charge written as one line in your ledger. A Meesho order is billed the same way as a Flipkart or Amazon order.
