For each cancelled order you can see which marketplace it came from, when it was cancelled, and where it sits in the refund process for that marketplace. If the item was already picked or packed, the cancellation is visible to your team alongside the order's tags and notes, so the right person stops work before anything ships. Stock that was held for the order can be freed up again, so your inventory count reflects what you can actually sell.
Refunds are settled by each marketplace on its own terms, and managemate does not move that money for you. What it does is give you one record of what was cancelled and refunded, so you can match those movements against your orders. Because managemate only charges its per-order fee on successful orders, a cancelled order is not something you pay managemate for, and your wallet ledger stays clean.

Does managemate issue the refund to the buyer?
No. Each marketplace settles refunds on its own terms and timeline. managemate gives you one place to see what was cancelled and where the refund stands, so you can track and reconcile it.
Am I charged managemate's fee on a cancelled order?
No. managemate's per-order fee is deducted from your wallet only on successful orders, so a cancelled order does not cost you anything from managemate.
What happens to the stock from a cancelled order?
The units that were held for that order can be returned to your available inventory count, so the stock becomes sellable again across your marketplaces.
Can I control who is able to cancel orders?
Yes. Cancellation and refund handling follows your role-based access. Built-in roles plus per-person permission overrides decide who can take these actions.
Does this cover returns and RTO as well?
Cancellations and refunds are about orders called off before or around dispatch. Items that come back after delivery, and RTO shipments, are handled in Returns and RTO management.
Do cancellations from all three marketplaces appear together?
Yes. Cancelled orders from Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon are pulled into one view, each labelled with its source marketplace and current refund stage.
