Catalog & SKU management
One SKU, one record, every marketplace pointing back to it.
Keep one clean catalog where every product is keyed by a single SKU, then connect your Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon listings back to that one record. The details you maintain in one place stay consistent across the marketplaces you sell on.
When you sell the same product on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, the same item ends up with three different listing IDs, three titles and sometimes three different SKUs. managemate gives you one internal record per product, keyed by a SKU that is unique inside your workspace. That record holds the name, description, selling price, cost price, HSN code, barcode, image and an on-hand quantity, and it becomes the single thing every marketplace listing points back to.
Each listing managemate pulls in from a connected Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon account is matched to your catalog by its SKU. When the platform's SKU equals your internal SKU, the listing maps to the right product on its own. When a marketplace uses a different code, you map that listing to the correct product by hand once, and it stays mapped. From then on, one product can carry several marketplace listings and you always know which listing belongs to which item.
Because the catalog is the foundation the rest of managemate sits on, getting it right pays off everywhere else. Stock counts, low-stock alerts, returns and the per-order detail on your orders screen all read from the same SKU. Edit a product once and you have edited it everywhere that matters, instead of opening three seller panels and hoping you typed the same thing in each.
Built into catalog & sku management
One product, one SKU
Every catalog item is keyed by a SKU that is unique inside your workspace, so you never have two records fighting over the same product. The SKU is the key everything else in managemate hangs off.
Full product detail in one place
Hold name, description, selling price, cost price, HSN code, barcode and a product image on each record. Prices are stored in paise, so what you enter in rupees is what you get back, with no rounding drift.
Marketplace listings mapped to your SKU
Listings from connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts auto-map to a product when the platform SKU matches yours, or you map them by hand once. One product can carry several marketplace listings.
Search and tidy your catalog
Find any item by typing part of its name or SKU. Mark products active or inactive, and remove the ones you no longer sell without losing the history tied to them.
Cost price kept alongside selling price
Record what an item costs you next to what you sell it for, so margin context lives on the product itself rather than in a separate spreadsheet.
Role-based catalog access
Viewing, creating, editing and deleting products are separate permissions. An Inventory Manager can maintain the catalog while a Pick and Packer only sees it, all set per person.
From setup to everyday use
- 01
Add a product, give it a SKU
Create a catalog record with a SKU that is unique to your workspace, then fill in name, prices, HSN, barcode and an image. This becomes the single record for that product.
- 02
Connect a marketplace and let listings map
Once a Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon account is connected, managemate brings in its listings and matches each one to your product whenever the platform SKU equals your internal SKU.
- 03
Map the rest by hand, once
Where a marketplace uses a different code, pick the right product for that listing yourself. The mapping sticks, so you only do it the first time.
- 04
Edit once, in one place
Update a product in managemate and the change lives on the one record your listings, stock and orders all read from, instead of being retyped across three seller panels.
In the day-to-day
For a seller listing the same item on all three marketplaces
You sell one kurti on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon under codes that do not quite match. Keep one product record, map each listing to it, and stop guessing which listing on which panel is the real stock-bearing item.
For a shop cleaning up messy SKUs
If your marketplace SKUs grew without a plan, set a clean internal SKU per product in managemate and map the platform codes to it. The marketplaces keep their codes; your catalog finally reads straight.
For a team that splits catalog work
Let an Inventory Manager create and edit products while packers only view them. Catalog permissions are separate from each other and set per person, so people touch only what their job needs.
Catalog & SKU management, answered
What is the SKU used for?
The SKU is the unique key for each product inside your workspace. It is how managemate ties marketplace listings, stock counts and order items back to the right item, so two products can never share one.
How do marketplace listings find the right product?
When a listing's platform SKU matches your internal SKU, managemate maps it to that product automatically. When the codes differ, you map the listing to the correct product by hand once and it stays mapped.
Can one product have listings on more than one marketplace?
Yes. One internal product can carry several listings across your connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts, with each listing pointing back to the same record.
What details can I store on a product?
Name, description, selling price, cost price, HSN code, barcode, a product image, an active flag and a low-stock threshold. Prices are held in paise, so rupee amounts stay exact.
Can I control who edits the catalog?
Yes. Viewing, creating, editing and deleting products are separate permissions you assign through roles and per-person overrides, so someone can be limited to viewing the catalog without being able to change it.
What happens to a product I stop selling?
You can mark it inactive or remove it from your working catalog. Removing it does not erase the history connected to that SKU, so past orders still make sense.
