Bi-directional product sync

Edit a product once, keep every marketplace in step.

Hold one catalog for your shop and connect it to your Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts. Change a product once and push it out, or pull marketplace updates back in, with each listing matched to your SKU.

Selling the same product on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon usually means keeping the same details in three different seller panels. A title fix, a price change, a new photo, an HSN code correction, all of it gets typed again in each place, and the versions slowly drift apart. managemate replaces that with one catalog. Each product is held once, keyed by its SKU, with its name, description, price, cost, HSN code, barcode and image in a single record.

Sync runs in both directions. You can edit a product in managemate and push the change out to the marketplaces you sell it on. You can also pull listings back in from each connected account, so what is already live on Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon shows up against your catalog without re-keying it. Every listing is tied to an internal SKU by matching the marketplace SKU to yours, and where a match is not automatic you map it by hand once and it stays linked.

Because the catalog and the marketplace mirror live in the same workspace as your orders, stock and wallet, your team works from one view instead of switching between seller panels. Catalog edits are permission-gated, so an Inventory Manager can change product details while a Pick and Packer cannot, all under your role-based team setup.

What you get

Built into bi-directional product sync

One SKU, many marketplaces

Each product is held once in your catalog and linked to its listing on every connected account, so the same item on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon points back to a single record.

Push edits outward

Change a title, price, description, image or other detail in managemate and send the update to the marketplaces that carry it, instead of editing the same product in each seller panel.

Pull listings back in

Bring listings in from each connected account so what is already live on a marketplace appears against your catalog, with its current title, price, available quantity and status.

Automatic SKU matching

A marketplace listing is linked to your internal SKU when the codes match. Where they do not, you map the listing to the right product by hand once and it stays connected.

Multi-account, isolated sync

Run more than one account per marketplace. Each connection syncs on its own, and an error on one account is recorded against it without stopping the others.

A record of every sync

Each sync run is logged with what it touched and whether it succeeded, and every connection shows its status, last sync time and last error so you can see when something needs attention.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Connect your accounts

The managemate team helps you link your Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon seller accounts to your workspace, including more than one account per marketplace if you run several.

  2. 02

    Match listings to your SKUs

managemate pulls in your live listings and links each one to the product in your catalog when the SKU matches. Anything left unmatched, you map to the right product once.

  3. 03

    Edit once, sync both ways

Update a product in managemate and push the change out to the marketplaces that carry it, or pull marketplace updates back in. Sync runs on a schedule, or on demand with Sync now.

  4. 04

    Check the sync log

Each connection shows its status, last sync time and any error, with a log of what each run touched, so you know your catalog and your listings agree.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For a seller listing the same SKU on three marketplaces

When a price or a product description changes, you edit it once in managemate and push it out, instead of opening the Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon panels and retyping the same change three times.

For a shop already live with hundreds of listings

Pull your existing listings in and let SKU matching link most of them to your catalog automatically. You only spend time mapping the handful where the codes do not line up.

For a team with mixed roles

Let an Inventory Manager edit catalog details and run a sync, while a Pick and Packer works from the same product view without edit rights, all under your role-based permissions.

Questions

Bi-directional product sync, answered

Which marketplaces does product sync work with?

Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, which are the marketplaces managemate connects to. You can connect more than one account per marketplace if you sell through several.

How is a marketplace listing matched to my product?

A listing is linked to your internal product when its marketplace SKU matches your SKU. Where there is no automatic match, you map the listing to the right product by hand, and it stays linked after that.

Does sync happen automatically or do I trigger it?

Both. Sync runs on a schedule across your connected accounts, and you can also trigger a connection on demand with Sync now when you want an update straight away.

What happens if one of my accounts has a problem during sync?

Each connection syncs on its own. If one account hits an error, that error is recorded against it and shown on the connection, and your other accounts keep syncing as normal.

Can I control who is allowed to edit the catalog?

Yes. Catalog editing is permission-based, so you can let roles such as Admin or Inventory Manager change product details while others, such as Pick and Packer, only view them, with per-person overrides where you need them.

Does pulling listings in change the order count I am billed on?

No. Product sync keeps your catalog and listings in step. Billing is a separate, usage-based fee charged per successful order and deducted from your prepaid INR wallet.
