Labels & invoices

Print every marketplace's label and invoice from one place.

Pull the shipping label and invoice for an order straight from its marketplace and print them in managemate, so packing a Meesho parcel works the same way as packing a Flipkart or Amazon one.

Every marketplace hands you labels and invoices in its own format, in its own panel, behind its own login. When you sell on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon at once, getting a parcel out the door means hopping between three seller dashboards just to print the right paper for the right order. managemate brings that step into the same screen where you already see the order.

From the order, you pull its shipping label and tax invoice the way that marketplace expects, then print. The label carries the courier and tracking details the marketplace assigned, and the invoice carries the buyer and line-item details for that order, so what you stick on the box and what goes inside the box both match the marketplace record. Your team stops translating between panels and stops guessing which document belongs to which parcel.

Because this lives inside managemate, it follows the same rules as the rest of your workspace. Who can print is governed by role-based access, so a Pick and Packer can get labels out while edits and settings stay with an Admin. And like every order action here, it sits next to the unified inbox, status tracking and pick and pack workflow rather than off in a separate tool.

What you get

Built into labels & invoices

One print step across marketplaces

Get the shipping label and invoice for a Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon order from the same screen, instead of opening three seller panels to print three different formats.

Marketplace-correct documents

Each label and invoice is pulled in the format that marketplace requires, so the courier, tracking and buyer details on the paper match what the marketplace has on record for that order.

Label and invoice together

Print the shipping label that goes on the box and the tax invoice that goes inside it for the same order, so nothing gets mismatched at the packing table.

Role-based printing

Use built-in roles and per-person overrides to let your Pick and Packers print labels and invoices while keeping product edits and settings limited to Admins.

Tied to the order, not a folder

Labels and invoices open from the order itself, alongside its status, tags and notes, so you always print the right document for the right parcel.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Open the order

Find the order in your unified inbox, where Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon orders sit together, and open it to see its details and current status.

  2. 02

    Pull label and invoice

managemate fetches the shipping label and tax invoice for that order in the format its marketplace expects, with the courier, tracking and buyer details already filled in.

  3. 03

    Print and pack

Print the label for the box and the invoice for inside it, then move the order through your pick and pack workflow and update its status.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For a packing table handling all three marketplaces

Your packer works one queue instead of three logins. They open an order, print its label and invoice in the right format whether it is Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon, and move to the next without learning each panel's quirks.

For an Admin keeping printing controlled

Give your Pick and Packers permission to print labels and invoices but not to change products or settings. Role-based access plus per-person overrides means the right people can ship while sensitive controls stay with you.

For a small team avoiding mismatched parcels

Because the label and invoice both come from the same order record, the document on the box and the one inside it belong to the same buyer, which cuts down the wrong-label-on-wrong-box mistakes that creep in when you juggle separate dashboards.

Questions

Labels & invoices, answered

Which marketplaces does this cover?

Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, the marketplaces managemate connects to. You print labels and invoices for orders from any of them in the same place.

Do I still need to log in to each seller panel to print?

The point of this feature is to avoid that. You open the order in managemate and pull its label and invoice there, instead of switching between separate marketplace panels for each parcel.

Is the invoice the marketplace's format or a custom one?

It is pulled in the format that marketplace expects for the order, so the buyer and line-item details match the marketplace record rather than a separate template you have to maintain.

Can I let packing staff print without giving them full access?

Yes. Access is role-based, so a Pick and Packer can print labels and invoices while product edits, settings and other admin actions stay limited to whoever you choose. You can also set per-person overrides.

Does printing a label cost anything extra?

managemate's billing is a small fee per successful order from your prepaid INR wallet. There is no separate per-label charge or subscription; printing the label and invoice is part of working that order.

How does this connect to the rest of fulfillment?

Labels and invoices open from the order itself, next to status tracking, tags and notes and your pick and pack workflow, so printing is one step in the same flow rather than a separate tool.
