Operations dashboard
One screen for orders, stock, returns and wallet across every marketplace.
A single home screen that pulls what needs attention today from across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, so you can start work without opening three seller panels first.
Selling on more than one marketplace means your day starts with a tab-switching ritual: log into the Meesho panel, then Flipkart, then Amazon Seller Central, and try to hold the whole picture in your head. The managemate operations dashboard replaces that with one screen. Orders, stock levels, returns, your wallet balance and the health of each connected account are pulled together in one place, so the first thing you see in the morning is what actually needs doing.
The dashboard reads from the same synced data the rest of managemate uses, so the numbers match what you see on the orders and inventory pages. It shows new orders waiting to be picked and packed, returns that have come back, stock that is running low, and your prepaid INR wallet balance, with each figure tied to a marketplace so you know whether a spike is coming from Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon.
Because billing is per successful order from your prepaid wallet, the dashboard also keeps your balance in plain sight. You see the current balance and can reach the ledger and top-up in a tap, so order flow never stops because nobody noticed the wallet was running low.
Built into operations dashboard
All marketplaces in one view
Orders, stock, returns and wallet from your connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts on a single screen, instead of three separate seller panels.
What needs attention first
Surfaces new orders to pack, returns that have arrived and stock running low, so you can act on the day's work without hunting for it.
Wallet balance always in sight
Your prepaid INR wallet balance sits on the home screen with a link straight to the ledger and top-up, so order flow does not stall on a low balance.
Connection health at a glance
See which marketplace accounts are connected and syncing and which last hit an error, so you know your numbers are current before you trust them.
Each figure tied to a marketplace
Numbers are attributed to Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon, so a jump in orders or returns points you to where it came from.
Shows only what the person can see
The dashboard respects each teammate's role and permissions, so a packer sees order work and an admin sees the wallet and account health.
From setup to everyday use
- 01
managemate pulls from your connected accounts
Once your Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts are connected, orders, stock movements and returns sync into managemate and feed the dashboard.
- 02
The dashboard gathers what matters today
It reads the latest synced data and brings the figures that need a decision, new orders, returns, low stock and wallet balance, to the top.
- 03
You jump straight to the work
Each card links into the full orders, inventory or wallet screen, so the dashboard is a starting point rather than a dead end.
- 04
Each person sees their own version
Cards and links are filtered by the signed-in teammate's role and permissions, so the screen matches what they are allowed to do.
In the day-to-day
For a seller starting the morning shift
Open one screen instead of three panels. See how many orders came in overnight across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, what came back as returns, and whether the wallet has enough to keep billing orders, before you brief anyone.
For a pick-and-packer on the floor
Land on a dashboard that shows the orders waiting to be packed and shipped, without the wallet figures or account settings that are not part of the job, so the day's queue is the first thing in view.
For an owner keeping an eye on the wallet
Keep the prepaid INR balance and the health of each marketplace connection in sight, so you can top up over UPI before a low balance interrupts orders and catch a syncing account that has gone into error.
Operations dashboard, answered
What does the operations dashboard actually show?
It brings together orders, stock, returns and your prepaid wallet balance from your connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts, plus the health of each connection, on one screen. It is the home view you land on after signing in.
Is the data live?
The dashboard reads the data managemate has synced from your marketplace accounts, so it reflects the most recent sync rather than a separate live feed. Connection health on the dashboard tells you when an account last synced or hit an error, so you know how current the numbers are.
Will my team see the same dashboard I do?
No. The dashboard respects each person's role and permissions, so a Pick and Packer sees order work while an Admin also sees the wallet and account health. People only see cards for areas they are allowed to access.
Can I act on things directly from the dashboard?
The dashboard is a starting point. Each card links into the full orders, inventory or wallet screen where you do the actual work, such as packing an order, adjusting stock or topping up the wallet.
Does the dashboard show numbers per marketplace?
Yes. Figures are tied to Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon, so when orders or returns move you can see which marketplace it came from rather than just a combined total.
How is this different from Reports and exports?
The dashboard is a quick at-a-glance home screen for what needs attention now. Reports and exports are for pulling fuller, dated data out of managemate, for example to reconcile against your wallet ledger or share with an accountant.
