Reports & exports

Pull clean data out of managemate, your way.

Take the orders, returns, stock movements and wallet ledger that managemate already holds and turn them into a file you can open, send to your accountant, or reconcile against your bank. One export, every marketplace, no logging into three seller panels.

When you sell on Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon at once, your numbers live in three places that never quite agree. Pulling a sales figure or a returns list for your accountant means three separate downloads in three different formats, then a morning spent stitching them into one sheet. Reports and exports in managemate skips that step: because your orders, returns, stock movements and wallet ledger are already in one workspace, you export them together, in one consistent layout, with the marketplace named on every row.

An export here is just the data you can already see on screen, written out to a file. Filter your orders to a date range and a platform, then export exactly that view. Pull the wallet ledger for the month so every per-order fee and every UPI top-up sits in one column you can tick off against your bank statement. Download current stock, or the receipt-and-adjustment history behind a SKU, when you need a count on paper. What you filter is what you get.

Exports follow the same role-based permissions as the rest of managemate. A Pick and Packer who cannot see the wallet cannot export it; someone without orders access cannot pull an orders file. So you can hand the export job to a team member without handing over numbers they were never meant to see.

What you get

Built into reports & exports

One file across all three marketplaces

Export Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon orders, returns or stock in a single download, with the marketplace named on every row, instead of merging three separate seller-panel files by hand.

Export the view you filtered

Narrow orders by date range, platform or status first, then export exactly that set. The file matches what you see on screen, so there is nothing extra to delete afterwards.

Wallet ledger you can reconcile

Download every wallet line: each per-order fee debit, each UPI top-up, the direction, amount, running balance and the order it points to, so you can tick the ledger off against your bank or your orders.

Stock counts and movement history

Pull current stock across your catalog, or the full receipt-and-adjustment history behind any SKU, when you need a physical count or an audit trail on paper.

Permission-aware downloads

Exports respect each person's role and permission overrides. If a team member cannot view the wallet or orders in managemate, they cannot export them either.

Built for GST and accounts hand-offs

Get sales, returns and fee data in a plain file your accountant or GST filing can use directly, instead of forwarding three marketplace dashboards and explaining each one.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Open the view you need

Go to orders, returns, inventory or the wallet ledger. Everything from your connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts is already pulled in and sitting in one place.

  2. 02

    Filter to what matters

Set a date range, pick a marketplace, or narrow by status so the screen shows the exact rows you want in the file, for example last month's Flipkart orders.

  3. 03

    Export to a file

Download the filtered view as a file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets. The marketplace is named on every row and the layout stays the same across all three.

  4. 04

    Reconcile or hand it on

Use the wallet export to tick fees and top-ups against your bank, or send the orders and returns file straight to your accountant for GST and books.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For month-end accounts

Export the month's orders and returns across all three marketplaces in one file, plus the wallet ledger showing every per-order fee and top-up, and send the lot to your accountant without screenshots from three seller panels.

For reconciling your wallet against orders

Pull the wallet ledger and your successful orders for the same period, then match the per-order fee debits line by line so you know exactly what managemate charged and why.

For a physical stock count

Download current stock across your catalog before a count, then check the receipt-and-adjustment history for any SKU that does not match what is on the shelf.

Questions

Reports & exports, answered

What can I export from managemate?

The data already in your workspace: orders, returns, inventory stock and stock-movement history, and the wallet ledger of credits and debits. Each export covers your connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts together.

Does the export combine all my marketplaces?

Yes. Because orders and returns from Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon are already in one workspace, an export brings them out in one file, with the marketplace named on each row, rather than three separate downloads.

Can I export just a date range or one marketplace?

Yes. Filter the on-screen view first by date range, platform or status, then export. The file contains exactly the rows you filtered to, nothing more.

Can my team members run exports?

Exports follow the same role-based permissions as the rest of managemate. A team member can export only the data they are allowed to view, so a Pick and Packer without wallet access cannot download the ledger.

Can I use the wallet export to reconcile my billing?

Yes. The wallet ledger export lists every per-order fee debit and every UPI top-up with direction, amount, running balance and reference, so you can match it against your orders and your bank statement.

What format are exports in?

Exports come out as a plain spreadsheet-style file you can open in Excel or Google Sheets and pass to your accountant or GST filing. The product is early, so the exact set of exportable views is still growing alongside the sellers using it.
