Pick & pack workflow

Get orders out the door, across every marketplace.

Turn a pile of orders from Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon into a clear list to pick, pack and ship. Your packers work from one screen, and you stay in control of who can do what.

When orders arrive across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon, the hard part is not seeing them, it is getting them physically picked, boxed and out the door without mistakes. managemate brings every order into one list so the person on the floor reads from a single screen instead of logging into three separate seller panels and copying details by hand.

The flow follows the two steps your day actually has. A packer picks the items, marks the order packed, then marks it shipped once it is handed over. Each order line shows the SKU and quantity to pull, so the same product code you stock by is what the packer sees, whatever marketplace the order came from.

Because the people doing fulfilment do not need to touch your catalog or stock figures, the built-in Pick and Packer role gives them exactly the access to do the job and nothing more. They can view orders, mark them packed and shipped, and look up stock to find what they need, but they cannot edit products or change stock levels during a busy shift.

What you get

Built into pick & pack workflow

One pick-and-pack list for all three marketplaces

Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon orders sit in the same list, so a packer works through one queue instead of switching between seller panels and matching details by hand.

Mark packed, then mark shipped

Move each order through the two steps that match your floor: pack it, then ship it once it is handed over. The status updates the moment the work is done.

SKU and quantity on every order line

Each line shows the product code and quantity to pull, using the same SKU you stock by, so the packer pulls the right item even across different marketplaces.

A role built for the floor

The built-in Pick and Packer role can view orders, pack and ship them, and look up stock, but cannot edit products or adjust stock levels. Fulfilment stays focused, your catalog stays safe.

Per-person permission overrides

When one role does not fit, grant a single extra permission to one person without changing what everyone else can do. For example, let a trusted packer adjust stock during a count.

Stock lookup while picking

Packers can view current stock to find what they need on the shelf, without the ability to change those numbers.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Orders land in one list

Orders pulled from your connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts appear together, each with its items, SKUs and quantities ready to pick.

  2. 02

    Pick and mark packed

A packer pulls the items for an order and marks it packed. Anyone with access can see at a glance which orders are still waiting and which are done.

  3. 03

    Hand over and mark shipped

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, the packer marks the order shipped, closing out the fulfilment step for that order.

  4. 04

    Control access by role

Assign the Pick and Packer role to your floor staff, and add per-person overrides only where someone genuinely needs more.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For a shop running daily dispatch across marketplaces

Instead of opening Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon one by one each morning, your packer works a single list, marking each order packed and then shipped as it goes out.

For an owner who wants help without handing over the keys

Bring on packers with the Pick and Packer role so they can fulfil orders and check stock, but cannot edit products or change stock figures. You keep control of the catalog while the floor keeps moving.

For a busy shift that needs one exception

Say a senior packer also handles a stock count. Grant that one person the extra permission to adjust stock, on top of their packing role, without loosening access for the rest of the team.

Questions

Pick & pack workflow, answered

How does the pick-and-pack flow work?

Each order moves through two steps that match your floor: a packer marks it packed once the items are pulled, then marks it shipped once it is handed to the courier. Both steps happen on the same screen for orders from any connected marketplace.

Does it cover Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon together?

Yes. Orders from all your connected Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon accounts appear in one list, so packers do not need to log into each seller panel separately.

Can packers see what to pick for each order?

Yes. Every order line shows the SKU and quantity to pull, using the same product code you stock by, so the packer knows exactly which item and how many to pick.

Can I stop packers from editing products or stock?

Yes. The built-in Pick and Packer role lets a person view orders, mark them packed and shipped, and view stock, but does not allow editing products or adjusting stock levels.

What if one packer needs slightly more access?

Use per-person permission overrides. You can grant a single extra permission, such as adjusting stock during a count, to one person without changing what every other packer can do.

Is there an extra charge for adding packers?

No. Team members are unlimited, and managemate billing is a small fee per successful order from your prepaid INR wallet, not a per-seat charge.
