Pay-per-order billing

Pay only for orders that actually go through.

managemate bills you a small fee per successful order, taken from your prepaid INR wallet. There is no monthly subscription, no per-seat charge, and nothing kept on a card. You pay in line with what you actually sell across Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon.

Most software asks you to pick a plan and pay the same amount every month, whether you shipped five orders or five hundred. managemate works differently. You are charged a small fee for each successful order, and that fee comes out of a prepaid INR wallet you top up yourself. Your cost moves with your sales, not with a tier you guessed at when you signed up.

Because the charge is per successful order, a slow week costs you less and a festive-season spike costs you more, in direct proportion. The same rule applies across every marketplace you connect, so a Meesho order, a Flipkart order and an Amazon order are all counted the same way and drawn from the same balance. You do not manage a separate bill for each panel.

There is no subscription to cancel, no per-seat fee as your team grows, and no card sitting on file waiting to be charged. Your whole team, every Admin, Inventory Manager and Pick and Packer, works inside the same workspace at no extra per-user cost. The only thing that adds up is the orders you actually fulfil.

What you get

Built into pay-per-order billing

Charged per successful order only

A small fee applies once an order goes through, not on drafts, cancellations or failed attempts. You pay for fulfilled business, not for the act of opening the app.

One rate across every marketplace

Orders from Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon are all billed the same way and drawn from the same wallet. There is no separate billing arrangement to track per channel.

No subscription and no per-seat fee

There is no monthly plan to choose and no charge for adding people. Admins, Inventory Managers and Pick and Packers all work in the workspace without raising your cost.

Deducted from your prepaid wallet

Each per-order fee is taken from the INR balance you have already topped up, so nothing is charged to a card and there is no end-of-month invoice to settle.

Every charge is a ledger line

Each per-order deduction is recorded as a single entry in your wallet ledger, which you can read alongside the order it relates to and reconcile yourself.

Cost that scales with sales

A quiet period costs less and a busy period costs more, in proportion to orders fulfilled. Your spend tracks demand instead of a fixed tier.

How it works

From setup to everyday use

  1. 01

    Top up your wallet

You add an INR balance to your prepaid wallet over UPI through Razorpay. This balance is what per-order fees are drawn against.

  2. 02

    Orders come in and succeed

As orders from Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon flow into managemate and are successfully fulfilled, each one becomes billable.

  3. 03

    A small fee is deducted

For each successful order, a small fee is taken from your wallet balance and written to the ledger as its own line.

  4. 04

    Reconcile against orders

You read each deduction in the ledger next to the order it covers, so the charge and the sale always line up.

Where it helps

In the day-to-day

For a seller with seasonal swings

If your volume jumps during a festive sale and drops afterwards, your managemate cost moves with it. You are not locked into a high monthly plan during the quiet months just to cover the busy ones.

For a shop selling on all three marketplaces

Instead of reasoning about software cost per panel, you have one per-order fee applied the same way to Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon orders, all deducted from a single INR balance.

For a growing team

As you add an Inventory Manager or more Pick and Packers, your billing does not change. Team members are unlimited and there is no per-seat charge, so growth costs nothing extra in software fees.

Questions

Pay-per-order billing, answered

What exactly counts as a billable order?

A small fee applies to each successful order. Drafts, cancelled orders and failed attempts are not what the per-order charge is for; it is tied to orders that actually go through.

Is there a monthly subscription or minimum?

No. There is no subscription and no per-seat fee. You pay only the per-order fee on successful orders, deducted from your prepaid wallet.

How is the fee actually paid?

It is deducted from the INR balance in your prepaid wallet, which you top up over UPI through Razorpay. No card is kept on file and there is no invoice to settle later.

Are orders from different marketplaces billed differently?

No. Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon orders are billed the same way and drawn from the same wallet, so you do not track separate billing per channel.

Does adding team members increase my bill?

No. Team members are unlimited and there is no per-seat fee. Admins, Inventory Managers and Pick and Packers all work in the workspace at no extra cost.

Can I check what I was charged for?

Yes. Each per-order deduction appears as a single line in your wallet ledger, which you can read against the order it relates to and reconcile yourself.
