Shipping and delivery

managemate is online business software provided as a service. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or delivery times. Everything is delivered online, through your web browser.

How the service is delivered

  • Free trial. Your workspace is created online as soon as you confirm your email address with the 6-digit code we send you, or sign up with your Google account. You can start using it straight away.
  • Purchasing a plan. When an administrator purchases a plan from Settings → Subscription, it applies to your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed. We email a payment receipt, and the invoice is available from Settings → Subscription.
  • Adding seats. Additional seats are available as soon as they are purchased.
  • Access. managemate works in a modern web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install and nothing is sent by post or courier.

If something has not arrived

If your sign-up code has not arrived, please check your spam or junk folder, or request a new code. If you have paid but your plan does not show as active, please write to us at hello@managemate.in with the email address of your account, and we will sort it out.
