Invoices & bills

Know what customers owe you and what you owe suppliers.

Every counter sale and delivered order gets a consecutively numbered GST invoice. Supplier bills are recorded against what you received, with their bill number and due date. Overdue, unpaid and paid views tell you who to chase and who to pay.

What you get

Built into invoices & bills

Tax invoices that add up

CGST and SGST or IGST are worked out from the GSTINs, with HSN codes, discounts, amount in words and a UPI QR for the balance.

Nothing slips through

Delivered orders without an invoice and received goods without a supplier bill wait in their own list until they are done.

Collect on time

Due dates follow each customer's payment terms. Overdue invoices rise to the top, with a one-tap WhatsApp reminder.

Pay suppliers on time

Bills due this week appear on your dashboard before they become overdue.

Questions

Invoices & bills, answered

Can I print on A4 and on a receipt printer?

Yes. Any invoice prints as an A4 tax invoice or a 58/80 mm receipt, and you can save it as a PDF from the print dialog.

Are invoice numbers consecutive?

Yes. Invoices are numbered in sequence with your own prefix, as GST rules expect.
