Product variants and photos, plus extra costs on orders
Products can now come in sizes, colours and other options, each with its own SKU, price and stock, and carry up to eight photos. Orders, invoices and bills also take extra costs such as freight, and you can set your own document numbers.

Add up to eight photos to each product. The first one appears as the thumbnail in the catalogue, at the counter, in search and on your documents, so your team picks the right item.

Extra costs on orders, invoices and bills
Add freight, packing or any other charge to sales and purchase orders, invoices and bills. Charge names are saved for reuse, and each charge prints on its own line with its tax.

Purchase missing materials from a production run
One action creates draft purchase orders, grouped by supplier, for only the materials still short after usable stock and pending purchases. The run links to those orders, so you know when production can start.

QR labels for received goods
After receiving a purchase, print a QR label for each lot on standard 2 × 1 inch label rolls. Scanning one at the counter sells from that exact lot, and expired or mismatched stock is refused.

Choose the prefix and the next number for sales and purchase orders, invoices, bills, credit notes and production orders. Useful when you are continuing the numbering from your previous software.

Each row in a list now has a menu of common actions, such as returning goods to a supplier or editing bill details straight from the bills list, without opening the record first.

A more formal letterhead
Invoices and other printed documents have a redesigned letterhead in your business's accent colour, with a clearer totals panel, while a normal invoice still fits on one A4 page.

Business settings in clear sections
Settings → Business is now split into Business details, Taxes, Documents, Receipts, Payments, and Currency and time zone, so each setting is quick to find.
